Although I haven't tried any of their food, their smoothies are so so good and the cafe itself is beautiful! I love stopping by and saying hi to the sweet employees as well. Not sure who is hiring them but they definitely picked the best of the best!
Chill place to chat or work. Americano was good. Wife got the breakfast sandwich (bacon egg and cheese) and said it was especially good!

This is exactly what a little cafe should be! I like that they have good gluten-free bread, that they have chips that are the taro kind, and always put a little extra flavor with either they're sauces or the cheese. The chicken, brie Sandwich is nummy. Pictured is the breakfast sandwich.

Gold mine for healthy gluten free options! Found this place today and loved the cute, bright, happy cafe atmosphere, and food. I got a gluten free turkey club that was seriously divine. The sauce was amazing. The two gentleman at the cashier were full of smiles and recommendations. I tried the chocolate kiss smoothie due to their recommendation and it was so good! 100% recommend.
My wife would drag me here occasionally in the past, but now it’s the opposite. They remodeled and relaunched the cafe with real food instead of just microwaveable stuff. Secret menu item for a min was a Philly Cheese, so good! The regular menu stuff has healthy and hearty, and gluten free. They use the best GF bread around, local too. Staff always friendly and welcoming. Hidden gem unless your wife is a yogi.
I love this little café! The space is full of natural light—bright and peaceful at the same time. The best smoothie sellers are strawberry colada, sun berry and their green smoothie. I love the atmosphere and the service and browsing the cookbooks on my way up to give my order.
After spending a couple of hours at Ashton Gardens, this is a great local spot for a light dinner. It is a solid choice if you want healthy food in Lehi without a long wait. We have tried a few different entrees and liked them all. The dirty sodas and lattes are a nice addition to the food menu too. The service is also impressive. Benny remembered my drink order from our last visit, which you don't usually expect at a small cafe in Lehi. It is a convenient, reliable place to grab a bite near Thanksgiving Point.
We stopped here for lunch before heading back to the airport - we chose it for 2 reasons: 1) they offer breakfast and lunch all day 2) they have a lot of options for our Celiac daughter We ordered 6 different items, coffee, and smoothies and every single thing was absolutely delicious. The sandwiches are perfectly grilled, all the ingredients were fresh and high quality, and just the perfect serving size. The staff is also extremely friendly. Any time we’re back in the area, we’ll be stopping by.
